Our main services about the quality control and factory audits:

• What is an Initial Production Check (IPC)?

Initial Production Check (IPC) is an on-site product inspection conducted before production starts until 20% of the product is completed. Its purpose is to promptly detect quality problems and production defects in the early stages of production to prevent them from further expanding.

• What is a During Production Inspection (DUPRO)?

During production inspection (DUPRO) is an inspection at about 30%-50% of the product production progress. Through inspection, it is confirmed whether the factory is producing according to the initial production quality requirements and processes, and whether the production progress is as planned. At the same time, it is confirmed whether the completed products meet the client's quality requirements and relevant standards.

• What is a Final Random Inspection (FRI)?

Final Random Inspection (FRI) requires that 100% of the products are produced and more than 80% of the products are packaged. Random samples are taken to inspect the products to ensure that the products meet the client's quality requirements and relevant standards.

• What is a Container Loading Check (CLC)?

Container Loading Check (CLC) is to arrange professional inspectors to supervise the entire process of container loading. Professional inspectors will check whether the container is intact, whether the product quantity meets the contract quantity, whether the packaging meets the requirements, and whether the goods are placed in accordance with the product requirements to ensure that your goods are shipped into the container in full.

• What is a Production Monitoring (PM)?

Production monitoring (PM) is the on-site inspection of the entire production cycle by professional inspectors, including raw material inspection, production line inspection, finished product testing and inspection, product quantity verification, problem improvement supervision, product lead time supervision, packaging inspection, storage environment supervision, container packing inspection, and other supervision and inspection of the entire production process.
