Final Random Inspection
What is a Final Random Inspection (FRI)?
Final Random Inspection (FRI) requires that 100% of the products are produced and more than 80% of the products are packaged. Random samples are taken to inspect the products to ensure that the products meet the client's quality requirements and relevant standards.
Do all products produced by the factory meet the client's quality requirements and relevant standards?
Can the production schedule meet the planned delivery date?
Why Do You Need a Final Random Inspection?
FRI is the last line of defense in the entire production cycle, ensuring that all product specifications meet client requirements, reducing the risk of returns and protecting your brand image.
Dison's FRI uses the international ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 standard for inspection and sampling, and conducts random inspections on all products and packaging to ensure the quality requirements of the entire batch of goods.
Below items will be conducted in a FRI:
Inspection of finished products, including product quantity, color, appearance, specifications, logos, labels, dimensions, etc.
Inspection of product performance, including production process, on-site testing of usage functions, etc.
Inspection of product packaging, including packaging process, packaging materials, packaging printing, etc.
Storage conditions of products, including warehouse environment, temperature and humidity, risk of water leakage and fire, etc.
It can be carried out according to the client's special requirements, and an inspection report will be issued to the client within 1 working day after the inspection is completed.
