What is a Production Monitoring (PM)?

Production monitoring is the on-site inspection of the entire production cycle by professional inspectors, including raw material inspection, production line inspection, finished product testing and inspection, product quantity verification, problem improvement supervision, product lead time supervision, packaging inspection, storage environment supervision, container packing inspection, and other supervision and inspection of the entire production process.

Below items will be conducted in a PM:

Inspection of the entire production cycle, including:

Inspection of product packaging, including packaging processes, packaging materials, packaging printing, etc.;

Immediately require the factory to make unconditional improvements to any problems found, and issue inspection reports to clients every day
